Bananas again!

Gotta love those 'naners!  Been reading up on the health benefits of those yummy yellow things and apparently they can help improve your mood, reduce heartburn and even take the edge off when you're trying to quit smoking.  Lots of good reasons to eat these often overlooked fruits.  So remember next time you're feeling down or dying for a ciggy, grab a banana and smile!  Oh yeah, and don't forget to brush your teeth afterwards!
